I chose Citymax Sharjah for its convenient location near Al Majaz Waterfront, and to my surprise, they provided transfer arrangements to the public beach in Jumeirah. Additionally, I enjoyed the variety of dining options at the hotel, including the all-day dining restaurant City Café and the 24-hour Lavazza coffee shop.
Limited in-room amenities.

we booked a king size bed room but were told the bed would be joined as none were available. the receptionist and manager were accommodating. the restaurant staff worked hard during breakfast peak time, providing good service. the menu was impressive. overall, the staff was cooperative and the cleaning acceptable. a biryani shop and supermarket were nearby, making it convenient for finding food.

Great location for exploring the city, exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, good wifi.
Felt so at home, no complaint.
